How do I create an account?

Download the ForeclosureFix app, tap Create Account, and register with your phone number, name, and a password. Account creation is completely free.

What is the Loss Mitigation Service?

For a one-time fee of $500, our housing specialists will work directly with your lender on your behalf to negotiate a resolution — such as a loan modification, repayment plan, or forbearance — that can stop or delay a foreclosure sale.

How do I pay for the Loss Mitigation Service?

From your case detail screen, select the Loss Mitigation pathway and tap Pay $500. You'll be taken to a secure Stripe checkout page where you can pay by credit card or Apple Pay.

What happens after I pay?

A member of our housing specialist team will contact you within 1 business day to begin the negotiation process with your lender.

How do I request a refund?

If we have not yet contacted your lender on your behalf, we will issue a full refund. Email us at support@foreclosurefix.com or call (213) 797-1661.

How do I delete my account and data?

Go to Profile → Delete Account inside the app. All personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

What is Silvia AI?

Silvia is our AI-powered guidance assistant. She can answer questions about your foreclosure situation, explain your resolution options, and help you understand documents you upload. Silvia does not provide legal advice.

Is my information secure?

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+), passwords are hashed with bcrypt, and your case data is only accessible to your authenticated account. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

The app isn't working — what should I do?

Try force-quitting and reopening the app. If the problem persists, contact us at support@foreclosurefix.com and include your phone number and a brief description of the issue.
